The Meems’ kitchen is the hearth of our home-style establishment. The restaurant has seating for over a 100 people. Whether you like to sit ‘at table’, under the shade of coco-palms and parachutes, or, up on our exotic, Kashmiri-style lounge-platform, where you rinse your feet before settling in. Both seating-areas are right on the beach, meaning our guests get t’enjoy everything, from food & drink to  music & folk, plus, the exceptional view & panoramic sound of the Arabian Sea.

Many of our guests spend the better part of a day, right here in this full-on, laid-back setting of Meems’ Restaurant. Our uncanny care extends down to the beach, as well, where we have shaded beach-beds with full service. Everything on our menu is made by us, here, from local, (& as much as possible), organic products; including a variety of spices/herbs, veggies/fruits, some of which are home-grown ( like, holy basil/tulsi, lemon grass, bananas…) We serve all day, from early morn, till late night. We can provide a great chai, 24 hrs! We make our own daily bread, from scratch, along with yogurt/cheese; muesli; tofu; soup-stocks; sprouts; juices...and even many of our condiments...mayo and mustard, various chutneys and pickles…all are made on our premises, by us. Our sea food is carefully selected & prepared from the catch of the day, insuring the best possible quality. Also, we know never to overcook, or to over-season our seafood. We guarantee that everything, from garnish salad to our ice cubes, is safe to eat and a notch above your expectations. We are, now, widely renowned for this and it is a source of real pride for our entire Meems’ team.

Our unique family-feel insures that each of our guests gets exactly what they want/need, whether it’s on the menu or not. Special dishes, children’s portions are readily available, as are specific retreat-group menus, which are provided either buffet, or banquet-style. Our coffee and sweets are world-class & well loved, as are the Meems’ many favorite signature-dishes, an eclectic assortment from all corners, tried and true with our repeat guests. We have a fairly expansive bar & wine list, with a few sensational cocktails…

Our basic MO is to maintain a consistently high-standard, home-style quality, in our production, presentation and service. Basically, we aim to please and welcome all/any feedback & suggestions from our guests.

In an effort to be eco-friendly, we have installed state-of-the-art water-purifier/ filter/dispensers, so our guests can help us eradicate the plastic bottle problem. We 100% guarantee its safety/purity. Bottled water is available, but we encourage Green re-cycling policies.

We show feature-films at our Meems’ Restaurant, some of which have short films (documentary) trailers, some featuring environmental issues. We also have regular live-music programs at the restaurant. Although these events take place, there is always a quiet corner for those who would rather just listen to the sea…That is a great deal why the Meems’ so uncannily caters to each & everyone’s needs…With a few exceptions, of course!
